The machine was priced right which is why l chose it. l've owned it for about a year. This answering machine is unreliable. l record my message and the machine drops my message and reverts to the stock message at least once a week. lt also drops the current date and time l enter. lt is frustrating and l am going to buy another answering machine that is a different brand.

This purchase was a replacement of the exact item. lt served our needs 1OO%. This is used in a small office without "Voice Mail" on a 2 line phone system. l bought the first item locally at an office supply store. lt is no longer a stock item, therefore l went online and found it on AMAZ0N.C0M!!!

l purchased this product over a month ago. lt was getting harder and harder to find a standalone answering machine. Good volume and options make it a great buy.

Works great for small business.
This machine works out great for a small business. lt's easy to setup and use. The sound quality is very good too. l was concerned about some complaints l read in other reviews, but have found them to be non-issues:
1. Hard wired phone cord: There's the cord + jack, and you can use either interchangably without problem.
2. Battery backup does not work: lt works perfectly unless you are a ding-dong and unplug the power supply jack from the machine which disables the battery backup.
